Pediatrician Tasha Miller loves her job and lovingly cares for her little patients in the hospital. When the self-absorbed Prince Alexander has a skiing accident, he is placed in her ward, at Christmas of all times.

Dr. Tasha is off to St. Savarre to spend Christmas with Prince Alex. He proposes and they immediately begin making plans. Princess Miranda, unhappy about the news, concocts a plan to halt the nuptials.

A mural artist meets an architectural engineer and they are instantly drawn to each other despite some reservations. As this new couple learns more about each other, they must decide whether the past is too much to take or if they can work together to heal.
